I started out with Lauren Bale who was excellent in helping me with my divorce.However when she left I was assigned to another lawyer, Ms Grant who sat in court texting away and did nothing for me but bills to pay..In the end Ms Bale came back but what we agreed on was not in the final papers.My ex was supposed to pay towards education and extra activities-it was no where to be found.Felt very let down and drained financially.I know that both are no longer with firm but you expect a certain level of competency

They don’t return phone calls. The secretary seemed nice but that doesn’t help when I send them all the info they requested and than nobody gets back to me about the next step. I know they are busy but waiting over a month is ridiculous.

Five years ago, I needed a family lawyer to help me with a very difficult family situation. I did not have a lot of resources so I went to an independent lawyer thinking she would not charge too much. Four years and four lawyers later, the matter was still unresolved even after spending thousands of dollars.
