I've had many ups, downs and tricky situations to deal with as an entrepreneur and business owner. I've worked with Regency since the firm was founded and I can't say enough good things about them and their ability to help me with my business dealings. Regency is a different kind of practice, founded on values that are truly lived by the partners. They provide strategic advice that is both holistic (as in broad and covering many matters, whether that's the personalities of the individuals you're dealing with, or aspects of a negotiation you may be in, or counseling in business matters) and grounded in the specifics of law. The latter you would expect from any firm, but the former is where their value truly shows. They are also exceptionally prepared and knowledgeable, which makes them formidable in litigation matters (I'm fortunate to have never needed that expertise, but I've heard good things). Ultimately, with Regency as your law firm, you feel unstoppable. For a business owner, that's as good as it gets.

Had a real estate with Greg. Horrible service, guy was always in the court, or missing, or not in the office. Why would you take on my file if you are busy? Horrible service. They finished everything i needed but i felt like it couldve been done 3 weeks sooner. Long story short, if you need something done fast, its not a place to go. Plenty of other lawyers in the city that would do it cheaper and definitely faster. Their real estate price is on higher end too. In case youre shopping around for a lawyer. And never listen to your broker or bank to recommend you a lawyer. Shop around. Learn from my mistake. Good luck

I was introduced to Regency Law group from another who was unable to help me. I was seeking title of "Estate Trustee". I met with Mr. Eric, a very personable and professional gentleman. He listened to what I had to say, gave me a boost in confidence making me feel like someone was finally on my side and could get me to where I needed to be. I worked with Gregory in closing on a house in the spring of this year and had just an awful experience. There was little communication on his end and I had to repeatedly try and reach out to them (very difficult to get into contact with them) for updates on the days leading up to closing. There was key information during closing that they flat out didn't tell me which I had to figure out after the fact by reaching out privately to the sellers real estate agent. This included but was not limited to, specific instructions that the seller had for me and the existence of a second set of keys sitting in a lockbox in a different area of the property. When confronted about this, there was little responsibility taken, citing an increase of workload on their end, and that I should be glad the bare minimum of what I paid them for was completed. You could very well find another lawyer to do a much better job for the same price. Do yourself a favour, look elsewhere.

Used there skilled Lawyer Nev to get the employer to pay for work that they were holding payment for. The employer paid within couple of weeks after letters were emailed and faxed to company headquarters. If there were 10 starts it would have been all 10. Thanks Nev!!!
