I have used them a few times for both buying and selling and had mixed experience. Typically all the clerical documents aren't ready until the last minute, usually they won't start working at it until the day or two before closing even the documents are sent in well in advance. For the not so complicated buy and sell, i.e. the usual residential owner-occupied stuff they are ok, but not sure about more complex deals. The mobile and paperless signing is definitely a plus, but depending on which commissioner you get, the experience can vary.

This is my first experience using this company and it was straight forward and easy for anyone. The nicest part of this service is they will meet you anywhere and the time that works best for you to sign the documents. All i had to do was pick up my keys at this location for my possession date with no wait time! Very simple and easy.

Contacted this legal group in a bind, when my original lawyer was backed up for weeks and I had to close asap. Told them my situation, and they offered their services to get my work completed in only a few days. They had a modern system for collecting data, which made me do some of the work, but which saved me time and money in the process. Never again will I be using the Real Estate Lawers. What was supposed to be one of the most exciting purchases of our lives turned out to be a hassle and more stress than we needed. It started off with a severe lack of communication on their part. After we initially contacted them with all of the information they asked for we didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks; not even letting us know that they had recieved our information and that everything was ok. When it came to meeting with them to sign the papers they came to us on a Sunday afternoon (which was nice). On the day that we were supposed to be getting our keys we waited around to hear from them for hours and didn't hear anything. My boyfriend called them just before lunch time and he was informed that the person that we were dealing with, Olena, was on lunch break and that she would call us when she got back. After waiting around for another 2 1/2 hours my boyfriend got an email from them letting us know that we were able to go pick up our keys; at this point it was 2:50 and he was at work. After she didn't hear back from him in 10 minutes, she called me on my cell phone (the first time that they had contacted me through the whole process) to let me know that we had until 5:00 to pick up the keys. At this point, being frustrated, I tried to tell Olena that this was almost impossible for us to get to the office in less than 2 hours, she basically told me, very rudely, too bad and that if we didn't make it we would have to wait until the next day. I tried to ask if there was somewhere else that we could pick up the keys outside of office hours (seeing as they met with us on a Sunday afternoon which is clearly also outside of office hours) but the answer to that was no. After calling my boyfriend to tell him what was happening, he also called Olena to see what could be done and she told him the same thing she told me and that it wasn't her problem. My boyfriend then called the office in which we were supposed to pick up our keys from to see if they would stick around until we got there which was maybe going to be a couple of minutes later than 5:00. After talking to the lawyer at the other office he was told that we actually only had until 4:30 because he had a meeting. I ended up driving to the lawyers office and making it 10 minutes late. When I showed up to pick up my keys I was not asked for any form of identification, not even my name! they just gave me the keys and told me to have a nice day. Overall this was the most frustrating experience I have ever had and I will never use this company again.

Horrible experience. I had to call and call and email to get ANYTHING done. Other people/businesses I was dealing with to sell the house also had a hard time getting a hold of the clerk. The people i dealt with did not do their job properly and things were missed. They were Not prompt nor fully competent at their job. I have had to spend an additional $500 because of their mistake. I sold my house back in September its now March and I am still dealing with the problems they caused.
