Rude secretary..she hung up on me after cancellation of an appointment I had waited for for a week for .. random phone call to tell me she and Kathryn were cancelling..this is actually the third time this secretary has hung up on me .. totally unprofessional.. if it wasn't one and a half days before everyone breaks for Christmas it wouldn't be so bad .. I would have had time to find someone else ..she has left me in a spot ..and I explained this to her ..she didn't care ..I am faced with the absolute worst time in my entire life ..all I needed was someone with some experience to help me over a hurdle .. Thank you Rude Secretary ..Merry Christmas!!

Katheryn Junger is fantastic! She helped me thru my custody case every step of the way. I couldn't have done it without her by my side. She is kind, sympathetic, patient and understanding. She knows what has to be done and does it as quickly as she can with a great attitude. You won't always get a hold of her 24/7 (which is completely normal for a lawyer) but her staff is always there to pick up the phone. They are helpful and have good service . They let her know you called and she gets back to you as soon as she can. I think if someone expects to be able to get a hold of a lawyer 24/7 they need to change their expectations. Relax and stay calm. You should, knowing that Katheryn is taking care of everything, because she is! Ms. Junger got me the full custody I was seeking and I am so completely happy and grateful to her. I can't thank her enough! The whole time she was confident and supportive. You are the BEST Katheryn!!
