After a bad turn of events writing off my company car on a icy road I reached out for help to my insurance company only to find out whose side they're "REALLY" on ......and Surprise Surprise it wasn't me folks..... it was their shareholders ! After a frustrating run around by the adjuster with him trying to send me to "his people" I made the call a few days later to Findlay Law where I spoke to Sara Jones, she was fantastic! Hello my name is Ken And I would like to take the time a write a quick note on the Prompt and Great Service Findlay Law Office did helping with a Insurance Claim. I had been with the same company for 32 years and due to Spinal issues could no longer work and even Doctors agreed that I couldn’t continue so I was put on Short term then LTD and that's when things fell apart ! The Insurance Company discontinued my claim and in doing so I lost my only source of Income And Benefits Including Family Drug & Dental….. With no idea how to proceed with my Claim? A good Friend suggested I call Finlay Lawyers, So I did contact Mr Findlay’s office ,The main branch is located in Hamilton But they do have a second Office in Brantford which was great for me as it is closer and I didn’t have as far to travel . After making the call a appointment was setup promptly to discuss my Work and health history and to go thru options on what could be done to help me financially I can honestly Say I can’t thank Rob Findlay and his staff for all the help he gave me , Mr Findlay spent a lot of time working on my case and always kept me in the loop on what was Happening . Not only did he get my LTD claim Reinstated but he also had all Lawyers fee’s Paid by the Insurance Company, in addition Mr FIndlay also had my Employer pay a Severance which I didn’t know I was entitled too. No idea where these good reviews are coming from, prob hired his family and friends to write reviews for him.
