Went for a free consultation and they were great!! I found they were fair and honest. They didn't just give me a bunch of one sided information to gain me as a client. They gave me very useful information that I was able to use to benefit my situation on my own. Although they offered to negotiate on my behalf with this information he was honest and told me that I would have a better chance of taking this information and negotiating on my behalf because it would be a faster means. He was honest when advising me of this as if I approached the other party with a Lawyer on something I could handle on my own, they would have not responded until they had their legal representation and this would have made the process take months rather than the few days it took. I left the office feeling great about the appointment and confident about how to move forward in dealing with my issue. When I first walked in, I didnt have any idea how to move forward so to leave feeling the way I did speaks volumes about this firm. If I run into a situation again in the future that I require legal advice, I will for sure give this firm a call. I should also note, the receptionist was amazing. I explained to her on my initial call that I was on a time crunch and she did everything she could to help me out. I had an appointment the very next day and if it wasn't for her great customer service this wouldn't have been possible. Other places I called and also explained my time crunch could only offer me an appointment weeks down the road. I was very impressed from start to finish with this firm. They had the "care" factor that most places these days do not.
