I have always been a fiercely independent, energetic and vibrant personality. Suddenly, I became very, very ill. Not only was it confusing and terrifying that I was no longer able to do things that I formerly had done without assistance - I also felt like a burden. I was physically very ill and became mentally ill very quickly from the anxiety, anger, and depression of my situation. I was receiving long-term disability from my insurance plan and after two years was suddenly cut off. I began searching for legal representation. I had relocated to Nova Scotia fairly recently and researched firms on line. Valent Legal seemed like the fit I was seeking. I have been working with Tom now for quite some time. Hi I have called their office from out of province to for service but the service was unavailable to my province instead I was amazed by their service. Usually law firms do a phone consultation and figure out if it’s a money gainful or not then disconnect the conversation in upfront to save their time. But this law firm they took their time and answered my questions free of charge and it was not a rush call he really understand the situation and help.
