I was going throw difficult time and needes legal advice and i turned to mdw law firm for it and I had the most wonderful experience ever from start to finish they took care of everything . my lawer laura was so awesome she took go care of me and also took her own personal time away just so i can talk to her when i need to talk about something that was bugging me at that time and her team members at mdw law was fantastic as well they help me with booking appointments in to sending emails doing up paper work ect... they are the best law firm for family , issues and custody issues and ,legal seporation, and divorce, there so caring , passionate, respectful, professional, vary respectful and on the money side of things they are far most affordable, law firm and if you want the best of the best you have to go to MDWLAW thats all i can say i came out so happy that if i need help agian the only place i will go to is MDWLAW FIRM no other place there the best and thats why i wrote this blog on the mdw law firm because i think any body that wants a great experience go there dont hesitate on calling them and there all great bunch of people to work with and i cant say anymore great things about my experience there with them so please check them out and if you need help with issues call them right away they will take care of you and thats why they get a 5 star rating from me .

I approached MDW law in a dire situation. After a protracted 12-year litigation and I caught in a real dilemma with the sudden passing of my attorney. It was a perilous situation. It was my position the legal challenge was blatantly and unjustly one-sided against me. Because principles are important I had no intention of compromising but the cost of time, energy, money and trying to do the right thing had mounted beyond a reasonable measure and were a real challenge. Laura and Kim of MD law took on this mountainous file which had been described as the most bizarre thing seen in 25 years. Within 6 months they became more versed in the matter (60 file boxes) than anyone else. In a single negotiating session they completed resolution of the matter satisfactorily and without compromise to the principle important to me . I was referred here for a family law situation last year. After the initial meeting and paying a retainer I went weeks without hearing anything. My emails and calls were ignored. After almost two months I phoned and asked to have my file pulled and was finally contacted by a partner, who was not even my lawyer. I was assured that my matter would be addressed, so I agreed to stay. Weeks went by again and nothing, even when I expressed concerns over the safety of a child and the need for a custody arrangement. When I finally had enough and requested that my file be sent elsewhere Kim Johnson essentially said now that COVID slowed things down she will have time to work on my file and that I might as well stay with her because I may not be able to easily find another lawyer (I already had another, not sure why this was her argument). Kim was completely disengaged and unhelpful, the only time I heard anything from her was to ask for money and no actual work was done to my file. I was referred here by another lawyer who was shocked at the lack of professionalism.
