Anyone who read the books published by John McKiggan would be amazed by the depth of knowledge he have had in pursuing litigation matters. Publications, articles, either academic or regular are signs of difference that one can be more appreciated than another. John McKiggan has done that. We like his books and his writing because they are easy to read but very meaningful to every single words. The book Health Scare (The consumer’s guide to medical malpractice claims) is one of the examples. The book provides you with a context of medical malpractice in Canada, more specifically in Nova Scotia. John McKiggan is very direct in his opinions with factual evidences. For us, the book would save you time and money because it is organized well and many questions that you plan to ask a medical malpractice lawyer were already discussed. I highly recommended anyone, either having claims or not yet, to read his books. Very helpful and meaningful. John McKiggan is the person we trust to make the best decision for us in litigation process.
