My review is solely based on the experience I received & the professionalism of the lawyer (Grace Allen) wrt the initial consultation process. This is my personal opinion & in no way based on any personal attributes of Grace. Grace is very novice and lacks knowledge on the immigration matter. She used "I don't know" several times during the initial consultation. I understand that we as humans may not know everything but atleast could give some insight based on similar cases that were handled. The consultation was supposed to last for an hour or so but finished within approx 35-40 minutes. I understand that I had not retained her but had an important question related to the initial consultation which did not involve any extra research. However, the attitude from the staff at this firm felt condescending in nature & it almost seemed like I had to beg to get an answer/response. Even when I did get it, it was not addressed correctly. Wasted $230 hard earned money which I could've used to better use by hiring an experienced and professional Immigration lawyer P.S. - 16/25 reviews who have given 5 stars don't even have 5 reviews, take note before you fall for the reviews like I did.

My husband and I went into our virtual meeting with Grace nervous and unsure of which visa to pursue (for my foreign husband). We had SO many questions, I had them all written down on this massive piece of paper and she answered all of them. Grace was so kind, personable, and gracious with us. She was patient, she didn't rush through the call, and gave us her full attention. After our call she followed-up with an email containing links and her personal explanantions of what to do and which parts to read, etc. I also have to give credit to her assistant Katie, she was also excellent in the pre-appointment emails. They make a great duo and I'm so excited for them in their new business. Note - We had a Skype consultation (paid) with Grace, and will absolutely be working with her again to review our completed application before submission. She is worth every penny and more!
