Me and my family had one of the most amazing experience with Cir Law all I had to do was give my documents to the lawyers and with in hours they found all the lies the and the holes in my case and this was a big fight through family court but with Cir law team the battle ended very fast. What I love most about the lawyers are that they put the clients first and they get straight to work nonstop. Cir law is the best law firm in Nova Scotia I would strongly recommend this law firm to everyone or any family that’s dealing with any situation from child protection service to criminal justice this is the lawyers you need on your side. I would of lost my 6 kids for 2 years but with the help of Cir law team of lawyers I got my 6 kids back in 7 months and Cir law showed me and my family that in any type of case you cannot just hire any team of lawyers to go in and get the job done you need to have a solid team that’s going to fight for your family. Legal aids lawyers no good stay away in any case your dealing with contact Cir Law so that your case will be handled with no run arounds all good results. I had a legal aid lawyer that sold me and my kids to child protection service right away I contacted Cir Law and my case was taken on right away for that me and my family are forever thankful for the Cir law lawyers help I have shared my experience with friends and family any problems we will be contacting Cir law.Thank you Cir Law for you amazing job you done for me and my family.

I had the distinct pleasure of observing a very down-to-earth, straight-forward and cut-to-the-chase approach by this firm, as a result of the representation of a very close friend of mine who was seeking a divorce. We approached them because they have “the best” immigration and adoption lawyer (my spouse and I wanted to adopt a young family member). They took 2 months to give us a call after we were told the office was gonna contact us for an appointment. That date came after a few more weeks and when we walked in the office, no one greeted us, no one knew who we were or why we were there and then we were told the lawyer we were meeting has had a family issue and has not been working. Red flags all over the place already, their office could’ve called us and save us the time/grief/frustration - we travelled 1.5 hrs to get to the city. Another few more weeks of anxiety (anybody who has gone through an adoption and immigration application would know) we were back in the office and inside a meeting room next to another room where we could hear a guy shouting profanities over the phone. So embarrassing. Their walls were very thin. It was a long, process overall after finally meeting the lawyer, who later misspelled names in our application. (I understand it’s human to err, but some instances you just have a higher expectation from professionals, it’s like buying plane tickets. You just have to get all the information right or you suffer the consequences! Imagine that for immigration and adoption!!!) Just to find out that we couldn’t adopt because the young person we were trying to adopt was not an orphan or a refugee. We paid thousands of dollars for that answer midway through our application (medicals, clearances, international documents, legal paper work etc). Something the lawyer could’ve known through research or experience and told us early on and not make us go through the emotional stress. The answer didn’t come from the lawyer either, we had to talk to an immigration officer. Mind you I’m not writing this because I’m feeling bitter with the failed adoption, but just to share my experience with other couples or families and save them the grief and money, and not go through what we went through in 2018. It’s now 2020, so I’ve had plenty of time to think about this. Sorry this boutique law firm provided us with five-and-dime store service, we should’ve noticed the unprofessionalism and inefficiency from the start.

If you are looking for a good listener and friendly friend, go for the lawyers there. If you want to deal with someone who is professionally dealing with a business or criminal case, please don't go with them. They are just wasting your time and money. The only benefits they are offering are the half an hour consultation and slightly lower hourly fee. For my case, they didn't do anything about it. All the information that we have been collecting is made through ourselves such as contacting related officers and gov't legal departments. They didn't offer any valuable help throughout my case period. They do things in a low effective manner and they don't value clients' time at the meantime. And also on the last second phone call, the lawyer said I think you made the right choice-end the contract, I can't stand for it because of their unprofessionalism and non-responsibility. They should know their capability and knowledge to do things to make things happen. They should have told us their thoughts and suggestions based on their knowledge and experience. If everyone can go to the court to help themselves, what they could make for living. When I call them for something, either leave a voicemail or give out incorrect information, even tho they called you within 2 days, which is fairly quick regards to the timeframe. As a client, we know it's not guaranteed that we could get a positive outcome, however, we are willing to pay someone deserve the pay and someone who is putting efforts to make the case win. To summarize, pretty bad experience dealing with the firm. What an unbelievable time-wasting period with lacking of knowledge and experience! Really disappointed with the lawyer and associates. Once again, they don't know what they are doing and how to do their jobs. As I said, if you are looking for a nice friend as a good listener, for with them. If you really want to hire someone could give you a hand with your problem, please don't choose them since they are not value-creator just an order-taker. You will regret in your whole life!
