They had no right to order me to pay anything because if I broke contract with condo corporation then they broke their contract by not keeping property up to standard and like them I have evidence n far more then they had audio video

SV law in collaboration with SHABRI PROPERTIES illtreated me and made my life miserable because of their greed for money. They were bent on perpetrating this wicked act while abandoning humanity and compassion especially in this pandemic. I had only lived in my home for barely over 2 months and these wicked people maliciously imposed a payment of almost 400% to what I originally owe, despite explaining my family situation and the negative impact of the pandemic on me.

Poor communication, disorganized, unresponsive....after my initial call to SV Law l was assigned a lawyer. Despite leaving Curtis Tomlinson 2 voice messages over a period of 7 work days, l still had no response. No initial contact to set up a meeting or even gather info. to start my file. I also left 2 more voice messages with the clerk who initially took my call to see if l could be reassigned to a lawyer who was more available and again no response. Even with people working part time from home and part time in the office, there should not have been an issue making phone contact. There is no excuse for this. I wouldn’t want this firm representing me now anyway after such a poor show of professionalism. I finally gave up waiting and called another firm in town. Within 10 mins of speaking to that clerk, she had not only assigned my case to a partner but also set up an initial Zoom meeting with him. The link for this meeting was emailed to me within 5 mins of hanging up. What a waste of my time SV Law was. Now l have a firm that is interested in their clients, treats them professionally and with respect. SV’s manner of conducting business is inexcusable. Don’t waste your time with this firm. They don’t care!

My mother passed away 1.5 years ago with David Smith as her executor. Her estate has still not be completed, nor final taxes filed. This has been emotionally hard on me, her daughter, and beneficiary. And who knows if I am losing money my mother and father would want me to have, rather than paying late fees on death taxes

Eric Kerson used condescending remarks, then attempted to calm the meeting that he angered, by taking aggressive measures. This meeting was already sensitive and required a more diplomatic approach. However, when attendees were clearly upset, he declared, 'you're paying me to stand here and argue, I'm willing to sit here all night'. His place in the meeting was to aid as legal assistance, helping the meeting with the legal terms of the condominium board. He also mentioned in the meeting that he advised the board of 6 to keep plans for budgeting and major repairs away from the home owners (60 units). These tactics the lawyer made were out of his jurisdiction for this meeting and should have never inserted himself as chairing the meeting, as that was to our Condominium Manager. Who also caused some disturbance with her lesser than diplomatic stance. This meeting proved useless due to him and a few others. My questions were never answered and this incident may have been to the detriment of our future as a condominium complex. I hope this incident can be learnt from and somehow resolved. Going forward, any potential customer's reading this, I am sure this firm is great. I do recommend declining any legal service from Mr. Eric Kerson. I hope this firm, or Eric, can reconcile with our condominium at 219 Kingswood drive from this incident.

I hired Michael Ruhl to represent me in a divorce. As a woman, I felt he wasn't respectful of me at all. He certainly didn't fight for me and just scoffed at things I would say. Which later he admitted I was right and called me "smart". It was an awful experience. I expected much better conduct of a senior partner, and would never recommend SV Law to anyone.
