Mike Henley is the best, period. He is always quick to respond and helpful with any issues we have. I'm not sure how he does it while also sitting on boards, coaching his son's and daughter, and actively supporting community events. Mike is a gem, if you're looking for a great lawyer, you can stop, this is the guy.

In a very stressful situation, Mike and Jessica really took care of us – we couldn’t be happier with them. Miller Thomson was the law firm handling the sale of our house – just the standard paperwork. Two days before closing, we had some issues with the buyers wanting to hold back funds after noticing some water damage (despite having waived their right to a home inspection). Miller Thomson handled everything. Within 3 hours of me calling them, they had a contractor at our house to assess the situation. They were incredibly responsive, (which was even more impressive given that our lawyer Mike was away at a conference throughout the whole situation). I’m usually a pretty high-strung person – and the sale of our house was at stake – but Mike and Jessica put me at ease. They called me with updates as soon as they heard anything from the other lawyer, keeping us fully in the loop. In fact, instead of freaking out, I was telling my realtor not to worry because Miller Thomson was handling it. In the end, the situation didn’t cost us a dime. Mike and Jessica made sure we got our full sale price, and they did it as part of their flat rate for handling the closing papers. Thank you again! It was a real relief having you take care of us!

Do not use this company it’s a huge rip off. Unfortunately we only found out about it after selling our home. While buying our property we used this service because we were referred by our mortgage broker and now after selling our place 8 years later we found out that they charged us unreasonable price as oppose to a great lawyer we chose to use when selling our place. We ended up paying half of the amount we paid for this company.

Extremely disappointed with the experience of trying to work with this firm. The lawyers assigned to our case gave poor advice resulting in catastrophic results in court. Legal matters were not addressed in a timely manner making me question what the sense is of a court order. The issue of our safety as a client was not taken seriously and with a deadline of May first we still have no answers. Completely inexcusable. We are a working couple who must address public requests daily and would be unemployed if we managed our businesses in this fashion!

Was extremely dissatisfied with what I got from this law firm. I was in need of a lawyer to do a simple sign off of a prenup agreement that I was fully aware of and was on short time as I was traveling shortly. The lawyer assigned to me jumped at the chance to make a 45 min session that cost $350 and proceed to tell me that she would not sign off and recommended I pay $3000 for legal advice. this forced me to find another lawyer in even shorter time. I would not recommend using this firm

Witnessed one of the firm's lawyers, Carter Bezugly, slam a steel door into the face of a patron at Divas on 29JAN22 while his wife was in a physical altercation with 3 staff members when she refused to leave. Carter shoved the female manager more than once, before his wife punched and kicked the manager. The only reason we know Carter is a member of this firm is because his wife threatened the staff to sue them because her husband works there. Very poor public representation, hopefully they get charged for assault

Stay away, dont bother calling. Charged 300 for initial call, 600$ hr lawyer answered and doesn't say nothing. Then initial meeting 2 lawyers in there, little did I know I was paying over 800$ hr for these 2 RIP offs. The 600$ hr guy was in there for 10 mins till he told me his rate and left but changed for 1 full hour. The 235$ hr lawyer I hired to do an affidavit took over 1 month to do 9 pages. At one point had to call her boss and had meeting because she lied, was not doing what I paid for and she called it a miscommunication even though I hired her to do affidavit, there was nothing else for her to do. She overcharged me highly, was told 3k was almost double. No return phone calls on overcharging so have to file complaint with court now or pay these RIP offs.

They failed to provide an accurate statement of adjustment, they did not adhere to mortgage lender instructions, they requested payout statements on the day of funding and didn't even receive them until after funding. Miller Thompson contributed to us losing 12k cash at our home sale/purchase
