I often encounter people through my mortgage brokerage practice, who are at the early stages of a separation or divorce. In order to move forward with their real estate assets (whether they are buying a new home, buying a spouse out OR selling their matrimonial home) clients need to have a separation agreement completed. It ensures they get the best possible financing options. Cheryl's style is focused on mediation and getting resolution in a timely way. Clients appreciate this non-adversarial approach. Great work!

Terrible interaction. Incompetency dealing with office equipment by her staff - scans were illegible and rejected by the banks on our side three times, we had to shuttle true copies between her and two other cities repeatedly with great delay and stress for our elderly relatives we were assisting (to the point of having to pay for an additional month's mortgage extension at the bank, which required further negotiation on our part and several hundred dollars additional interest cost and fees.) Other items were forgotten or executed incorrectly. She resisted taking responsibility for these problems as well, becoming quite difficult and rude to deal with, refusing to provide the simple solution at slight extra effort to amend on her part. Unprofessional. Not recommended.
