This law office was recommended to us for our first home purchase. Dealing with them could not of been more frustrating, As they were representing both us and the seller. They refused to fight for my rights when negotiations got tough, and one employee was mouthing me off on the phone, in front of my wife, telling me i had no rights.....only to find out later she was only an assistant and had no authority to speak to me. The entire process was the most frustrating thing I've dealt with in memory.

One of the lawyers secretary is so rude . I stated that she had no reason to speak to me rudely and she said she didn't .. that's the way she speaks ..when I called her out on it she told me I could leave now with bye bye ..the front desk staff was appalled by her behaviour..I guess working in a lawyer's office makes one higher than thou..wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone the lawyer she worked for is also arrogant and condescending.

I've never encountered a more unprofessional business in my life. Not only did they email Personal and CONFIDENTIAL information to the wrong individual.. when I questioned them on the matter they told me it was self explanatory. Clearly not as you emailed the wrong "Dakota lepine" I would think twice before you choose to have these "lawyers" represent you. Responding with LOl in an email is highly unprofessional.

As a customer of Lewis & Chrenek llp I have a bitter taste left in my mouth. I had a time sensitive document drawn up by Nicole Simoneau. She told me it would be completed and ready and available to proceed within 14 days. I never heard anything from the firm. They called me months later and asked for payment for the document. The document which I did not posess. It turns out between my Nicole and her assisstant Kayla. They had managed to send it to the wrong email adress, and they did not place a confirmation call to me when they had sent the email verifing that it had been sent. Very poor customer relations if you ask me. Anyways now when the document is of no use to me I am stuck with this bill. Thanks guys I think I will take my business to Stringham next time!

Do not recommend this law office at all. The legal assistant Laura lied to myself and my mortgage broker. Then on the day of purchase again lied to me about sending in the request for funds delaying getting the keys till 5 in the evening..Blaming the bank which its not there job to request funds it the law office..They had over a week to send the request and had the wrong dates as well. A total waste of 1100 dollars.... Do NOT use them... awful...
