I have purchased 2 houses through HFL, and both where smooth experiences! I appreciated that they walked me through the process, what I was signing for, and where willing to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Later on we had some issues with a house builder, and we had done our legal paperwork through HFL. The house builder was asking for extra funds for taxes. Leah walked us through the process of this, and simply took care of it contacting the builders lawyer for us! In this situation, we did not end up paying anything, all thanks to Leah's superb understanding of real estate law!

I'd give Leah 5 stars, she was recommended by my mortgage broker and the process was quick and smooth, she was very pleasant to deal with. However I have some family law issues that I was hoping to stick with the same company and I've left multiple phone messages, tried their online forum, and after weeks still no response. The last time I called the receptionist said she would look into it and call me right back and still hasn't, that was last week. I get that family law is a busy field, but when I receive prompt calls back and manage to get into consults with every other lawyer I've called it is totally discouraging.

I highly recommend Nathan for family law matters. Acquiring him as my lawyer was the best thing I could have done. He is straight to the point and gets the job done immediately. It is easy to see he takes pride in his job and is not the typical lawyer that will feed you nonsense and prolong your case. If you are looking for fairness in a custody case he is the lawyer you need. If you are not looking for fairness I would not recommend him as he is very direct and you will probably not like what he has to say.
