Came here with a friend, her car was on recall, her appointment was for 10:15. Arrived on time, asked if the job would take very long, they answered "No" was told the job would take approximately 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours. The vehicle was still in the parking lot an hour later. Then @ 12 it was lunch time for the mechanics. 4 hours after the appointment time we are leaving the garage with no apology for the wait time. Staff was not very friendly
