J'ai fait affaire avec cette notaire pour l'achat d'une maison. Les communications avant la signature restaient parfois sans réponse, et je devais faire des suivis. Lors de la signature, nous avons été impressionnés par la beauté des lieux, très moderne et accueillant. Ça s'est très bien passé lors de notre face à face avec Me Hage. C'est la raison pour laquelle je donne 2 étoiles VS seulement 1. Lors de la signature, Me Hage nous avait dit qu'on pourrait demander une copie numérisée de certains documents, car les délais pour nous les envoyer par la poste étaient plus longs qu'à l'habitude. J'en ai fait la demande par courriel le jour même du rendez-vous, et j'ai dû envoyer un rappel plus d'une semaine plus tard. Ça fait maintenant deux mois et demi depuis la signature, et toujours rien. Aucun document numérisé, aucun document reçu par la poste. Inacceptable. Nous avons reçu toute la documentation numérisée pour la vente de notre maison de Lexium Notaires 6 jours après la signature. Tirez vos propres conclusions.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude d'évaluer si bas, mais ce fut une situation très stressante pour moi et je préférais partager ma situation avec d'autres...

I used Scarlette Hage's services to buy and sell several apartments in Gatineau. I'm very satisfied with her delivery timelines, her cost of services and most of all the quality of her work. She uncovered errors that were done by another lawyer when I initially bought one of the apartments, she disclosed it and fixed it at no charge although it was not her mistake. She was also always available to take calls and give me legal advice concerning various things (estate planning, will, real-estate disputes).
