Mr. Martel has assisted me in drafting my Last Will and Testament as well as my Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care. I heard about Mr. Martel from someone who had seen him give a presentation to federal government employees about estate matters. He literally used to teach this stuff and so he knows what he is talking about. Mr. Martel helped me set up my Will in a way that makes me feel confident that my affairs are in order and that my family will not pay unnecessary taxes after I pass away. I was apprehensive about drafting my Will because, like many people, I was in part superstitious and feared that this would bring me bad luck. However, Mr. Martel and his staff made me feel very comfortable and I am really glad that I took care of putting my affairs in order. Mr. Martel is so gentle that any worries I had were alleviated. The service that I received from Mr. Martel was quick and I found his staff to be very friendly and punctual. His office is very professional and is conveniently located close to the Montfort Hospital with ample parking space available. This is a nice change from other law offices with offices downtown and impossible parking. I found that having access to Mr. Martel's office was much more convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Martel to anyone looking for a good lawyer who listens to their needs and who knows the law.
