Refused to give us appointments a day in advance, despite confirmation from the bank that money transfers will be made on time. Was super condescending when we asked him for explanations. After signing the documents, we warn that there is a problem of servitude according to the certificate of location. Do not send us how the problem is resolved (I learned from the seller). Ask us to pick up the file because the documents are too "bulky" to be sent by mail when we wanted to leave with some of the documents when we signed. During the meeting, ask how old our son is, at the end of our meeting (1 hour), ask if we have children and we refile his card for our wills. (Original) Emanuel Paciulli a complètement ignoré tous les courriels que nous lui avons envoyé mentionnant le changement de date de la prise de possession de notre condo. Refusait de nous donner des rendez-vous une journée à l'avance, malgré la confirmation de la banque que les transferts d'argent seront fait à temps. A été super condescendant lorsque nous lui avons demandé des explications. A refusé de prendre le blâme, a mis la faute sur la banque. A dit avoir fait le travail 4 fois, alors que 2 jours plus tôt, il n'était pas encore au courant du dossier. Après avoir signé les documents, nous averti qu'il y a un problème de servitude selon le certificat de localisation. Ne nous envoie pas comment le problème se règle (j'ai appris par le vendeur). Nous demande de passer récupérer le dossier parce que les documents sont trop ''volumineux'' pour être envoyés par la poste alors qu'on aurait voulu partir avec une partie des documents lorsque nous avons signé. Pendant la rencontre, demande quel âge a notre fils, à la fin de notre rencontre (de 1 heure), demande si on a des enfants et nous refile sa carte pour nos testaments. Réponse à votre commentaire du 23 mai: (24 mai) Avant de nous proposer d'autres types de services auprès de vous, ça serait intéressant d'apprendre de vous -et non de l'ancienne propriétaire- ce qui se passe avec la servitude!
