Wanting to support local business I called upon this Lawyer re: a simple mortgage transfer. My experience and opinion was they were completely unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. Anytime asked questions, made to feel stupid for asking, and felt they did not have my best interests. File was rushed and fee's ended up being double than what they quoted. I'm completely shocked and dismayed at my experience with this office.

I called after three months so see how far along a probated will I had given them was doing. I was told because of lack of staff it hadn’t been started. No apologies or reason why I wasn’t notified of the delay. I have since taken it to a more professional lawyer’s office.
