If I could leave 0 stars i would.. paid 355$ for a consultation with Spencer, who was 15 mins late to begin with. When we got onto the call, she ranted and ranted at us and wouldnt allow us to talk. When we asked her to talk/reference our issues (she was ranting about US Legislation (??)) She started screaming at us and told us we were using absuive behavior and continued screaming, and then hung up, when we tried to talk over her about getting on the right track... we paid $355 for 15 minutes of ranting about usless garbage and to be screamed at. Worst law group EVER.

They will say they don't know me, but I talked with Spencer and she was absolutely belligerent, unprofessional and screamed at us after 15 minutes. How does a "qualified" lawyer not keep cool-headed, to a client that was through a traumatic event? I WAS SCREAMED AT when asking her to talk about the ACTUAL ISSUE!! SHE JUST RANTED AND RANTED AND RANTED! I was going through severe PTSD and needed their help- but instead I was screamed at and it made my symptoms worse!!! How the hell is the company still running????
