I hired this law firm for selling my house. The Lawyer was fine but the Real Estate Conveyancer was very slow with the process which resulted in Paying Penalty to the Mortgage company in addition to paying 7 day per diem to the mortgage company, so in total a penalty of 11 days. The lawyer's office received the payment from the buyer's office on October 25th later afternoon and it was possible to mail the cheque, to the mortgage company on the same day as the post office closes at 5pm, however, the lawyers office mailed the cheque on Tuesday, October 29th which was received by the mortgage company on Nov. 4th Also, I received a copy of the sale document by the lawyer's office by late afternoon of Monday rather on the day of closure of sale or at least earlier on Monday morning as promised by them. I hope this law firm work on efficiency and/or provide training to its staff in business management.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged an insane amount for 15 minutes of their time. And then the file was mishandled. My time and money was wasted and I highly suggest you find someone else to handle your legal dealings.
