I will always recall the time I was having a bit of anxiety about my purchase so I called her at 2am. She rushed over made me some chamomile tea and we talked about puppies and rainbows for hours. Then we played frisbee. Such a great experience. If your thinking about selling or purchasing a home you need to talk to Brenna. That was ten years ago and she still drops by to chat and see how I like the place, gives the kids a piggy back ride. I didn't just find a realtor I found a friend.

(I honestly was afraid I was going to run out of realtors!) To further complicate matters, I was settling this estate from out of the country, as a non-Canadian. During the entire time, Brenna kept her cool. She used the appropriate technology for the issues as they arose. She provided excellent strategies for negotiating the terms of the agreement. In the end, we received more than asking price. In the meantime, over many delays and problems with squatting and the like, she kept the buyers informed, and everyone remained calm. While closing was extended by many weeks, in the end we did close, the buyers took possession, and funds transferred appropriately. Would I recommend Brenna Burns? Absolutely! Would I have any suggestions for improvement? Nope. She was professional to the very end, and that's all one can (or should) ask for.
