Its amazing how far Flett Manning Moore will go. We used them for home purchase and even while under evacuation, they answered all of our calls and had our paperwork in order in time for possession date...working remotely out of office. In contrast, the home builder's lawyer was two weeks late in sending proper docs (Cert of Title) to close the deal in which I ended up paying interest for their shortfall. Its not often where people are put in a sink or swim situation, but they simply soared over my expectation in time of need. THANK YOU L.H. and S.M. for everything!
