My experience with a professional is that they provide estimates for services, he would not. Then proceeded to be rude and when asked said “everything with you is cost”! A professional can provide an hourly rate at the very least. Wow! His advice: “I don’t think you want to talk to me” if it’s about cost. What? Not very professional way to speak to potential clients.
