I was cleared by a car on my bicycle. Immediately after I had the driver scream at me for the incident occurring. I was then overwhelmed with stress, and physical pain from this incident. I was stressed over wondering how I was going to pay for my bills, how much my insurance would cover the injuries that I had endured, and how much time I would be forced to take off of work. when I was suggested to go to William matar, I was greeted with compassion and genuine concern for my well-being, both physically and mentally. Their tenacity to reach a fair compensation was appreciated and valued. I had lost my job due to decline in performance, I had to buy a new bike to make commutes for everyday life(although terrified that another car would blow through a stop sign), and had physical pain for over a year. Til the very end they validated my feelings, physical and otherwise. Thank you again, to all of those at William Mattar.

Incredible! ???? I was in a rear end collision accident back in February 2018 while I was driving 60 mIles an hour on cruise control. Who gets rear ended at 60 miles an hour? Usually folks are stopped at the light or stop sign. I was involved in 2 car accidents within 8 months if each other. Since I had them for my first accident I gave them the second one as well. The first I was rear ended tore my shoulder nothing major. Second I went under a delivery truck.. yes I spent a lot of time in surgery and pt. The first groups of lawyers I had didn't move very fast til one was in an accident her self. I called after my car accident and they immediately assigned me an attorney, Lucas. He came to the hospital and the process started. He was very caring and told me to leave all the paperwork to him and just concentrate on getting better. So I did. When I had questions, I called the office and talked to Karley. She was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. She transfered me to Lucas when needed and he took my calls right then. I would call on Friday at 4:50 pm and Karley would answer the phone in her cheerful voice. The whole process from start to finish was very quick taking less than 7 months. After I was rear-ended by another driver. At the time I thought I was OK but within a couple of hours I developed my first ever migraine which wound up lasting nearly 2 months. At the same time, I developed nonstop severe low back pain. Had the insurance company done the right thing I might not have needed the services of William Mattar's firm. But it didn't so I made the call. From the moment I walked in Mattar's door I was treated pleasantly and respectfully. We were always kept in the loop with regular phone calls from either my attorney, Arienne, or her assistant, Stacy. About the time my case started moving the pandemic hit so everything sort of ground to a halt. But to my amazement, Arienne kept pushing and was able to reach a settlement within a couple of months. Don't get me wrong. This was not an "overnight" process. Counting the delays as the result of COVID-19, my case took nearly 3.5 years to conclude. But the staff at William Mattar made it bearable and kept our spirits up and the result was worth the wait. I highly recommend the Mattar law firm! I don't possess the words to describe how well we were treated and how happy we are with the service and the result we received.

I highly recommend William Mattar Law Offices. They were always in touch throughout my case, managed to settle much quicker than the original expected timeframe (even with the pandemic), and continued to keep me engaged and would go above and beyond in making things easier for me. Being a Canadian living in Canada, I thought there'd be complications on my end, as well as cross border travel required, but there was actually none of that, which was amazing. Whenever I'd need to call them, if it was before 5pm, not only would they already have my info ready, but 9 times out of 10 I'd get connected immediately to a member of my legal team (and the times it wouldn't, I'd immediately get transferred to someone who would be on my case). Calling after 5pm, it'd require more explaining and opening my file (since the agents wouldn't be familiar with my case) but other than that, it was pretty easy to get hold of my attorney or paralegal when needed.
