The service is not what they claim. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and did not provide any assistance or alternative referrals provided the circumstances. They do not to support the clientele in need.

I live in Niagara county and we don't have any services that help the families here. I tried to call Volunteer Lawyers Project for help and i was turned down because i didn't live in Erie county. Very sad if you ask me and it was for my son!.

They are absolutely wonderful If you don’t need anything but if you want assistance with anything good luck getting anybody to help you. As far as immigration cases go it seems like they only take the cases that they know they will win to ensure that they get their grant money. They hung 2 18 -year-olds out to dry on winnable SJIV cases and suggested they just “self deport”. But hey, the job qualifies the attorneys that work there loan forgiveness so at least they get something out of it.
