DO NOT hire this firm. I retained Diana in October 2020 for a child custody matter. Other than sending 1 letter, she did absolutely nothing. Never once contacted me in anyway to obtain information for my case and then blamed me for not providing the necessary information to take the matter to court, this was 3 months after i had retained her and was never once made aware or asked for this information. It has now been 6 months and I never even had a court date. I fired her and obtained new council. I requested the balance of my retainer and she has charged me nearly $1000 for 2.2hrs, nearly all of which was checking emails i had sent in order to make sure the paperwork she needed was received. This lawyer has no interest or intention of working for you, she will take your money and sit on it, then blame you for nothing being done. Absolute waste of time.

Mr. Bruce MacDonald is the best family lawyer on the planet, in my opinion and I am so grateful and feel privileged to have him represent me in family court. Mr. MacDonald is very knowledgeable, professional and he truly cares about his clients and their needs. Mr. MacDonald has gone above and beyond and there are not enough words to describe how great he truly is. Family court can be very difficult and complicated but Mr. MacDonald always puts the needs of his client first and helps his clients in this very stressful time. Mr. MacDonald calmly deals with every little detail in a timly and effect way.

Pat waited until the last minute to set up a meeting to sign documents for a real estate sale and then rushed us because of her poorly timed approach. She became impatient and noticeably annoyed that she needed to accommodate someone else's schedule other than her own. She was rude and unprofessional and she argued with me that I didn't send requested files, which I did send. Once she realized that I had already provided the requested info, she just brushed it off without an apology for her behaviour. Pat clearly does not value Lana's clients. Very poor experience overall. I do not recommend this firm.

She knows her stuff very well and how to word things perfectly. She ended up getting me a fair agreement without having to go to trail. I Would highly recommend Carly.

Had a matter that required one letter to get started then there would be no rush on this lawyers part. The better part of 6 months went by with multiple emails and phone calls going unanswered with the occasional promise that the letter would get done “next week”. Cost me 1000$ in unnecessary payments while this firm jerked me around. Your better off with ANY ONE else
