Our sincere thanks to Brian Knauth from Jeffery Freedman Attorneys for winning the case for my mother, Helen Carroll Renzi. My mom will be 93 years old this December. She was always independent and very active until she suffered a serious fall on a staircase in a restaurant at the age of 90. She was hospitalized and had back surgery. After going to a nursing home for one month, we brought in 24 hour in home care for six months. She still needs assistance with daily routines such as meal prep, bathing, shopping and transportation.
