According to the Law Society, conduct unbecoming a barrister or solicitor means, in part, (c) engaging in conduct involving dishonesty or conduct which undermines the administration of justice.
As such, getting clients to be dishonest on their form 13.1 Financial Statement, is conduct unbecoming a lawyer. But what if the lawyer didn't specifically tell the client to be dishonest, but rather, kept silent when reviewing documents? It's the same thing.

[2] Any ill feeling that may exist or be engendered between clients, particularly during litigation, should never be allowed to influence lawyers in their conduct and demeanor toward other legal practitioners or the parties...
Personal remarks or personally abusive tactics interfere with the orderly administration of justice and have no place in our legal system.

7.2-4 A lawyer shall not in the course of professional practice send correspondence or otherwise communicate to a client, another legal practitioner, or any other person in a manner that is abusive, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the proper tone of a professional communication from a lawyer.
As such,
Imagine a man serves his country in the Canadian Armed Forces for 19 years on top of working a regular full-time job and a Family Law lawyer is disgusting enough to say,
"I'm under the impression you took a temporary leave so you don't have to pay the proper amount of child support"
AFTER he provided documentation stating how involved and how in love with his children he is; AFTER he has been crying for more time with his children, and AFTER he claims to have been abused psychologically and sometimes even physically from that lawyer's client. This lawyer has contributed to the abuse this man has already endured during marriage and even after separation.
CONDUCT UNBECOMING A LAWYER.
She should be disgusted! She is NOT paid to express personal opinions that are offensive and hurtful in a situation she knows nothing about. She is paid to represent her client and that is all.
