After getting into an unfortunate situation, Once again I called Dan. I never have expections going into court because to me that would be horrible if there was a different outcome than the one floating around in my head. Having Dan as my lawyer in court makes the weight on my shoulders lifted. He is very professional to the point where he will actually walk outside with you before the Case to talk to you alone. He doesn't scream my chargers or the plea to my case in a room full of 20 people. To many lawyers at Hamburg town court were talking so loud everyone could hear people's cases. Having Dan represent me in court made all the difference. I know he will try to do most of the foot work n all I have to say to the judge is yes or no. This guy is a criminal. He takes your money (wants it upfront and in cash) and does less work then you could do yourself. Next time you think about contracting his services, please reconsider. You're better off representing yourself. This guy will make every mistake and cause you more issues and headaches. I would never want this to happen to anyone else. Good Attorneys are hard to find, but this guy shouldn't represent criminals. It just seems hypocritical!

After getting in a car accident I was very shaken up and getting a traffic ticket only piled on the anxiety. I would have never thought to reach out to an attorney for something like this. Then a family member recommended I get in touch with Dan DuBois. Knowing I had someone on my side, that has experience and telling my side of the story, truly took a huge weight off my chest. Because I didn't know what to do… I was receiving letters from the other parties' insurance company and lawyer and that only made me more concerned. Dan took the situation off my plate and ultimately had my ticket reduced to a nonmoving violation which resulted in a manageable cost. One of my major fears was the court appearance. Dan took care of that for me. I would highly recommend that anyone who finds them-self in a similar situation certainly give Dan a call. You won't be disappointed.
