After being bumped/rescheduled 3 times by Mr Cervi, I finally arrived early for my consult and waited until 10 min after my appt was supposed to start at 4pm on a Friday. Anthony wore shorts, Birkenstock’s, and a ball cap to my consult. When we sat down to meet he opened up what looked like a retainer container and put invisiline in to his mouth right in front of me! Overall Very unprofessional to say the least. Don’t ask me why at the end of this consult I gave this guy money! probably because when you go thru terrible times in life You just want to move forward and I had done 3 other consults already and was tired of dragging things on. However I never signed a contract. I called 1st thing Monday am and told his secretary not to do one more second of work to my case until she hears from me. A few days later I asked for my money back minus the consult fee as I changed my mind about hiring him and I was given an invoice saying they did $600 worth of work! I did a cc dispute and still ended up paying $500 for one consult because they base everything on paperwork and he kept fighting it saying I owed more than a consult for some letters I never received! Very sad, I honestly don’t know how people like this sleep at night doing this to other people who are already having a rough time in life going thru a divorce. Its also hard to believe an attorney is so hard up for money they need to overcharge people $250.

Tony has fought a hard battle in court for the past year in family court to have my boyfriend gain residency for his 12 year old daughter & just this past week he was in front of the child support judge who made his ex-girlfriend finally pay him child support weekly! No doubt, Tony has made a miracle happen in both courts where the past 8 years my boyfriend was always playing defense with other lawyers and for the first time he was on the offense having Tony as his lawyer. I called to seek information about my case, but I wasn't sure what kind of lawyer I would need. The receptionist told me that they were too busy to talk to me unless I was willing to pay a retainer, but not only that, the way that she spoke to me was very rude. As if I was bothering her. I told the woman well I'm not sure if this is even the kind of lawyer that I need, I was hoping to speak with someone. And again she told me unless I paid their retainer fee they were too busy to talk to me. Thanks but no thanks. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Anthony Cervi and his entire team are the answer to anything family law related. At the time I called his office, I had no idea what lay ahead for my case, but I knew I needed help. I googled Buffalo's "Super Lawyer" and his picture came up. I immediately had a good feeling, and I searched his page. My gut was screaming to call this office, and so I did.
