Brian honestly saved my life. I had both an over 80 and an impaired charge. I thought that I was doomed and that there was no way of fighting it. But after talking with Brian he said that I defiantly had a case that could be fought, even though I didn't see it that way. Don’t hire this crook . Told me 2 payments of 3000 . Then missed my first court date, where I had a warrant and had to turn myself in . At a later meeting he says you owe me the other 3 plus 10 more .Crook. Crook . Crook. Did zero up to this point And now wants 10 thousand?!?! I’m better off representing myself . The assistant Karen is a complete waste of life . Don’t bother with these people. When you have a problem or issue they don’t listen,and talk over you. They get angry and yell at the guy who is paying them .they also hang up the phone when Convo don’t go their way . Save your money guys or find someone who actually wants to help you. I wish I could give zero stars. But it makes me give the 1 .

I absolutely recommend Mr. Starkman to anyone facing Impaired driving related charges. He knows this area of the law inside and out and in my case was able to effectively cross examine a police officer and two witnesses called by the prosecution in order to establish reasonable doubt as to their recollections of events as well as their identification of the driver. Hello I'm writing this review just to let people know how bad and scam this organization is. Brian Starkman charge me $14,125 includes taxes and he didn't do nothing to help me. He told me if the second day requires at the courthouse he's going to charge me $2800 more, but if he win the case that's his bonus if not half of that he's going to give me back $1400 unfortunately I never receive anything back I try to contact their office but they told me that's not true. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FULL OF LIES AND SCAMS BAD BAD BAD

I was referred to Mr. Starkman after being charged with a DUI. I definitely made the right decision having him represent me. I went to trial as I could not afford having a criminal record and driving suspension with my job. At trial, Brian's cross-examination of the police witnesses established multiple issues with the way they handled my investigation. The Crown was forced to concede that their conduct was imporper and Brian was able to persuade the Judge that I should be found not guilty as a result. Best choice I ever made.
