The worst ever experience. I appeal to people never to use services of this firm. They have loads of attitude, no respect, unfriendly, clearly in it for money and money. Avani, Tejendar, Navjoth and Siv are the ladies I worked with totally worthless hopeless. Find a law firm that give you your money's worth and know how to communicate. I had to follow-up with them for every little information. All documents provided weeks before closing yet hopeless service.

Unprofessional, discriminatory, stigmatizing I used this office recently for a sale and purchase. The whole process was not smooth and was very stressful. We provided all the necessary documents and signed all the paperwork with the lawyer. We were told at this point that everything was good. On the day of closing for our new home I was contacted by the secretary and told that she needed additional documents from my bank that they had forgotten about and to contact my mortage company for a discharge statement. I rushed to provide her the bank documents requested and contacted the mortage company, who told me that a discharge statement needs to be requested by a lawyer and not the client. I informed the secretary of this and was then told I needed to come sign a document they had forgotten about. At the end of the day the house did close on time, but the process was completely unprofessional and stressful. There was no need to wait until the last minute to review a file and then put all the stress on a client to provide documents within hours on closing day, when we were told the file was complete weeks in advance. I would not recommend or use this office for anything in the future.

Staff is friendly. Worked fast. But they did not fully protect me when I purchased a condo. I had two problems after I got procession. If they had gone through my sales agreement, they would have seen a problem that would have saved me $5,000 dollars. I don't feel they protected me the way they should have. They know more about buy and selling and what should have been in the agreement.

My friend dealt with them when he was going to buy a house, everything was fine. I was actually planning to go to them if I want to buy a house. Then everything went bad and this company showed their real face which was just pure blackmail. After receiving their money they put my friend in a hard situation asking him for more money if he wants to have his house or else he will not receive anything and loose what he paid. Stay away from these scammers if you care about your hard working money.

We were recommended this law firm through our realtor when we purchased our first and second home. Avni was nice to work with during all the paperwork. She explained everything to us so we understood what we were signing. She responds quick to emails and to any questions we may have. However, the clerk's at the law firm are not that great. They didn't return my call after a bit of telephone tag. I was the last person to leave them a voicemail which they didn't return. I had to send an email to Avni for the clerk to follow up. On the day of closing, the law clerk confirmed she would be mailing all our documents and spare key the next day. I think they may have forgotten because they recently mailed us the documents and spare key.

After i already paid so much for the house siv wouldn’t bother giving me the house keys until I etransfered an additional $5,000 into her personal account. There is proof of that as well.

They made several mistakes in our case. carelessly forgot to send the documents to the related parties throughout our closing. we had to follow up every single time and I'm not sure why did we even need a lawyer. They don't acknowledge their mistakes with at least a simple apology. the only time they answer the call properly without keeping you waiting is with potential clients. I would not recommend or use this office for anything in the future.

They can do simple closing like paperwork. They won't stand for you if anything happens. Even they dont try or give any suggestion. I was almost going to loose my house and didn't get any help from them. I had to try my self and ended up paying $3000 penalties to builder for getting 3 days late closing. Even this firm charged us fees for extension. I would suggest to spend little more with someone professional who can fight for you if needed. Even builders office called us so many times that lawyer is not responding at all in critical situation. They just care about there fees only. Not happy with them at all.
