I had a motorcycle accident in 2017 and Michelle took my case on from the week it happened. Right from the very beginning Michelle was the most caring and compassionate person and let me know that there is nothing to worry about but recovery and she will handle the rest. She was right. Before my accident I had credit card bills, mortgage, car payments etc. Michelle helped to clear all the debts that were stressing me out including finding a loan company to cover my mortgage. Stay away! They totally mishandled my file. Screwed me out of thousands of $'s. Changed lawyers five times on me. Bogus bill for useless services and not really doing anything. Blamed everyone else for their screw ups. Files sat for months before they even picked them up. Withheld my file after I fired them. Told my new lawyer I was guilty and that I had no case?! My journey with Pace Law Firm began this past January after I was struck by a vehicle while walking home from work one night. I sustained a completely broken collarbone (the first broken bone of my life) and a head injury (resulting in a concussion) along with a few other minor injuries. Hello, just a short description of my experience with Pace. I called them from the hospital to ask for help after my car accident. The response was almost instant, I had an appointment with intake by the time I arrived home. The service was excellent. Pace set me up with physio therapy very quickly and I was on my way to recovery. They set up a limo/taxi service so I could get too and from my appointments. They advised me on what should, or could happen and how long it might take. The staff was helpful every time I had a question or concern. In March, 2018 I was unfortunately involved in a workplace accident which resulted from inadequate safety training and information, lack of qualified supervisors, and absence of appropriate safety equipment and PPE (personal protective equipment). I repeatedly attempted to work with my employer afterwards to address work conditions and the nature of my accident but received no reply, this silence continued for several months. Frustrated I looked online for something to do about this blatant indifference for the wellbeing of our work environment and for the worker's themselves and came across Pace law. I decided to contact them and an appointment was set up quickly. I found my initial visit to be a good experience, all the staff were supportive, concerned and friendly. The ball started rolling quickly with the legal processes after my first visit and everything took approximately two years to be finalized. I received a fair settlement in the end and more importantly conditions in our work environment have changed for the better, we received safety training and other implements have been considered and put into effect. If you happen to find yourself in a similar situation then don't hesitate to contact them, in my experience they were courteous, friendly and were genuinely concerned about my accident.
