Shady work while preparing real estate transaction documents. NO integrity. He do not follow legal procedure for designation of property. As well as do not make sure rules for residential or rental property while preparing documents. He did wrong thing preparing my house documents, which put me in trouble dealing with property issue.

Very poor quality service. Just interested in money to garb but do not look into business matter and act. Did my real estate transaction. He signed all documents and did Land transfer on closing date. He issued me a statement that he has received full payment on closing date. That was not the case. Buyer paid after 10 days of closing date. I lost an opportunity of buyer default and higher Market price. Means he didn't worked for me, he worked for his money.
