I recently purchased my first home in Kitchener and hired Anton through his Collingwood office at the recommendation of my mortgage broker, Tim Buchanan of Safebridge Financial Group. Anton and his paralegal Yerica were wonderful to deal with. Both were professional, responsive, and took the time to patiently explain every detail of the transaction to me. I felt listened to and reassured throughout the nerve wracking process of joining the Canadian Housing market. I had additional issues regarding the condition kitchen and appliances after closing. Yerica and Anton acted with compassion and went above and beyond to provide guidance and support. I was able recieve compensation amiciably without a messy legal dispute after a few emails. Their fee was reasonable too!
