Do not fall for his low-ball quotes. His tactic is to offer a low quote to attract clients, but when you get the invoice, you will get a dramatically over-charged bill and you actually end up paying much more than all the other lawyers you got your quotes from. He did this strategy to me not once, but twice (for two different services) and when I inquired about why he is not respecting his own quotes, he wrote an essay explaining his own offers (which he made himself without me even asking for them) in order to justify the dramatic change and increase in his quotes later on, which is an unacceptable justification. What's even worse is that when I explained that these offers were included in the initial quote and billing a client an amount that is much higher than the original quote is unacceptable in any business (even if you loose money as a result of it), I was threatened that the deal will be cancelled LESS than 24 hours of closing date, on a WEEKEND. Again, do not make a mistake and fall for his low-quote strategy.

I'm not really sure where these mostly 5 star reviews are coming from, or if they're even real. I had a VERY different experience with Asady law. I connected with Soroosh while recently purchasing my first property and all seemed well when we negotiated the price and I sent over my information. However, a week later, when it came to actually doing the work and going over the paperwork so I could complete the negotiation on a timebound offer, he completely disappeared on me with no response, over several emails, calls and voicemail. So I finally sent an email informing him that I would be going with another lawyer as I was bound to a deadline and he should remove my information from his files. After reading these great reviews about his work and 'professionalism', one would assume as I did, that he was dealing with some unexpected circumstances and that I would not hear back immediately now as well. However, I then had a response within 30mins from him just saying "Done". NOT EVEN the courtesy of an apology for wasting my time and keeping me waiting for a response for 2 days out of the 3 day conditional period where I needed to respond to the seller. I understand we may all be busy or just not interested in what we do... However, THIS irreverent response more than anything displayed an utter lack of professionalism and respect for his work. Thankfully, my agent recommended a more professional lawyer with more experience and I did not lose the property thanks to him. I WOULD NOT recommend Asady Law and would recommend buyers/sellers look for someone more professional, courteous and with more experience. Please DO NOT go by fake reviews on Google as they're a dime a dozen if you have enough relatives and friends! The process of buying/selling a property is stressful enough without throwing in a lawyer that is unresponsive when you need them and disrespectful of you and your time.
