Well looks like i never had the chance to work with Jerry. I was handled by Jennifer Teryn. In handling my IRP, not only did she slander her competition before taking me on as a client - because she was so 'confident' in her self. But she also charged me twice the amount as her competition. In reviewing my IRP not only did she attack me, and shame me as a person causing me even more grief and shame. She MID review decided for herself that it wasn't a case she would represent. Ultimately just taking a 1000$ from me. I'm struggling rn with this pandemic and i explained that to her before being taken as a clieny and after. She casually took my money and left me in a WORSE position. Thats after her whole speel about how you need a good lawyer to trust.... Ya really. Thanks. Your really someone to trust yourself.

The truth is, Jenn Teryn may seem a bit detached when you first speak to her about your IRP predicament, but I feel that’s only because she’s heard it all. I had been struggling with my inadmissibility to the USA. My wife is American and I had been deported on top of my criminal record. I could not visit any of my American family, or land in the USA on my way to world travel. Three other lawyers had told me that I could not get a waiver but Jerry and his team took mine on after I was referred to them by a friend. The team took time to carefully craft a waiver application that was made specifically for me with my unique challenges to overcome. We applied in August and I had my waiver in November! I couldn't be happier! I have used it once already to fly to Florida. After my 11 year struggle to set foot back across the border it was exhilarating to finally clear customs and be treated like a regular human being. What a weight off my shoulders. I am not sure where he stands now but Jerry had a 100% success rate when I received my waiver last year. I highly recommend!
