I got a very efficient receptioist taking down Salient points and a very prompt response from Michael Mulligan. He was respectful yet firm and extremely knowledgeable and experienced about the area of law. I couldn't ask for a better criminal lawyer and that is a lot coming from me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM! What a SCAM OPERATION here. I spent approximately 10 years waiting for a legal service and spent over $10,000 CAD and they" tossed me overboard at the last minute". Furthermore the condescending secretary /receptionist Miss Sara sent my documents overseas to me the cheapest possible way she could have sent them, so as a result I never received my documents/files. I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. Stay clear of this place, Oh yes of coarse this accurate review is written "Without Prejudice"

I am regretful I feel the need to review Mr Pearson in a negative way, as he has been a long time lawyer and friend of my family. However, I used his service to help me with a charge I was accused and aquitted from. I instructed him to make sure I was was not guilty and he did a great job in court, as usual. When court was over and I paid the invoice I was informed by a police officer that this crime was still showing guilty on my record (a serious offense). When MTP Law was made aware they said I'd have to pay more money for them to get the charge dropped of my court files. I ask what is the point of paying a lawyer when your inncocent if he let's the charges stay on your court files and cause life long problems. I feel he knew well ahead this would happen and has since done nothing to help. I have recently hired another firm to fix their mistakes. I would recommend getting agreements in writing clear as day before hiring this firm. I have had serious issues regarding this matter and have had enough wondering why he did this. I feel this should be heard by everyone thinking of hiring MTP Law. I hope he rectifies the situation and I will be able to recommend him as the best as I have done for years.
