My case was a big one, almost 3 years from start to finish. I had many people trying to take me down from all angles. Ben Lynskey and the support of his team Justin Dosanjh, Melissa Lowe did their research and came to court fully prepared. In his cross examination was able to bring out that my accuser not only lied, but fabricated in her story which resulted in me being fully acquitted These guys literally had my life in their hands and not only did an amazing job, but this was funded by legal aid which I was surprised I received the quality of legal service funded by them I highly recommend this Law Firm for any legal action needed. And if I ever need a Lawyer again in my life, the first phone call I will make will be to McCulla Watt Sutton & Lynskey

Kevin McCullough is quite frankly one of the best criminal defense lawyers in British Columbia. I saw him in action him on the Basi Virk case years ago and he was nothing short of brilliant. More recently I had one of his lawyers help me out of a jam with regards to an incident where a medical emergency had led to a series of traffic tickets from an unsympathetic cop. Thanks to Kevin's firm those tickets were tossed out of court.

Chantelle Sutton is the "boots on the ground" for this law firm and has done an impeccable job dealing with my "glimmer" of poor judgement. She was and is enthusiastic about her work and knows what is right, fair and reasonable. The other lawyers i had like: Mr Blockmanis Mr Marino Mr Roberto these lawyers would have rather thrown me under the bus without looking or caring about the real events...this is why Lawyers have a terribly bad name but Chantelle Sutton did care and did find a malleable solution that was resonable with the courts and for this i am forever...Grateful... thank you Bruce

This is the worst law firm on the Island! Bradley Cope and Nick Acker completely messed up my emergency family case with complete disregard negligence and incompetence!!! Chantel was equally as bad in another matter and there us zero management to talk to st the firm....we are doing a documentary on the pitfalls of the family justice system and LSS representation. I encourage you to dare your personal stories and experiences with them...

Spent no time with us and juggled different lawyers or students everytime while my husband did incarcerated time Is everything. Greatly disappointed as Mr. Watt has a great reputation. I just wanna say from where I started with my case doubting myself doubting my lawyers.(all of them as I didn't start with this firm in the beginning) nd where it ended up and how I managed to get to where I was. I couldnt of asked for a better lawyer in the end. Not only was my case 2.5 yrs from start to finish. I also made a decision on first day of trial to do a voir dire which involved a 2 stage process which put a pause on my trial for a good 6 months. And at the end of stage 2 another month. Because I WON with the Amazing assist from Justin. I'm bugging Justin did all the work and worked tirelessly over my case from start to finish. (with some assistance from Mr Watt and Mr Lynskey and Ms Zanata in the beginning of my trial) Being will prepared going into court arguing the same points over a course of 7 days threw the voire dire nd being Thoroughly organized. Not to mention the long drive from the Coast to the Okanagan for a couple nights stay. Or even a day trip. Justin is the man you want making those hard hitting decision. After he bounces the idea off of you first. He has your best interest in mind threw out the whole case. I've met a few lawyers over my life time and I have to say Justin is probably one of the better ones out there and by better I mean he's friendly and cares bout his clients. Between Ms Zanata Mr Lynski Mr Watt Nd of course Justin Dosanjh your in very good hands with this firm, no matter it be criminal or family this firm does most of it all, all you gotta do is call an ask worse they say is no.

After being provided paperwork by Mr. Bradley Cope I realized I had received confidential papers about a women having her children removed, her children's names, and private details of her file and children. I found this to be a scary violation of lawyer client confidentiality.Brady Cope luckily doesn't work for me any longer and encourage anyone to think twice about this the terrible choice of choosing a lawyer like Booby cope. Lastly, I can second the fact no matter how many times you tell him your proper name he wont say or spell it right. do I ever feel sorry for anyone who actually paid their hard earned money to this boy junior lawyer! Mr. Booby cop-out you were terrible good riddance.

Hardest ball drop I've ever witnessed in my 40 years! Shane Hicky is the worst lawyer that's ever practiced, not only did I spend thousands and thousands of dollars to have this clown represent me, he then proceeded to fail miserably at presenting my case resulting in me losing in court and costing me a further $200,000.00 He was almost impossible to get a hold of and when I finally did he was very dismissive as if my case was of zero importance to him. In court he was meek, indecisive and extremely unprepared, everything a lawyer shouldn't be. During his closing argument he didn't even have his notes in front of him, stumbling all over the place and pulling numbers out of mid air resulting in the judge getting annoyed with him and ultimately deciding in the respondents favour. Right before this embarrassing display he asked for a top up of my retainer to cover the cost of a family law case he was working on for me in provincial court and to finish that afternoon in supreme court where I was seeking a divorce, He promised the new retainer would cover the cost of both these issues but after his pathetic failure later that afternoon he fell off the face of the planet, when he finally got back to me weeks later after many unanswered calls, texts and emails he advised me to find another lawyer to do what I had already paid him to do! To add insult to injury they wouldn’t mail me my documents back so I had to make another trip down to Victoria to retrieve them, after returning home I realized all the originals I had for the entire case were missing! When I emailed about it they said that’s all they had, one star is the lowest they allow you to rate a business.. I rate these guys a negative -5!
