Firstly, Adam was very flexible with my schedule and was able to meet me at a time that I know most lawyers wouldn't touch. Secondly, he was very thorough. I walked away knowing that I completely understood everything I signed and why it was important in the process of purchasing a condo. Thirdly, he was very professional and the transaction went flawlessly. I've purchased a home before, but this was a different experience in that each piece of document was explained in full detail. I was very impressed that a lawyer would take the extra time to explain things to his clients and confirm that they completely understand each piece of the paperwork. I bought a house and It's been 2 months since the possession date and I haven't received the title docs yet.I asked them to hold some money for service the builder promised they refused and I have big problem now. My old lawyer did in the same situation. Our name were wrong on all docs,I asked to fix and they said they had to use the same name as on documents the bank sent. I re-checked, the truth is that the lawyer didn't like to and lied to us. They had no answer to my request

Recently, I sent a client to Cassandra Jackson who was looking at purchasing a new infill home in Edmonton from a newer builder. Part of our terms was to have their lawyer review the document before proceeding. After reviewing the paperwork Cassandra noticed quite a few red flags with how the builder was structuring the deal. Cassandra went out of her way to educate not only the buyers but also made herself available to speak with the builder's lawyer to try to help them. At the end of the day Cassandra helped my clients walk away from the deal and in the process saved them thousands of dollars (as the builder attempted to raise the price dramatically as we were informing them that we were not moving forward), and countless amounts of stress. Since then I have sent many more clients to Cassandra and all have had nothing but glowing things to say about her and her team. I whole heartedly recommend Cassandra Jackson and Masuch Law to anyone looking for sound legal advice when it comes to buying your first home, or your 20th. I used Jenna Rowe from This law firm. I found her to be very inexperienced and unprofessional. I was able to self represent in my family law matter and got an excellent result by myself without their legal assistance. They wasted about $2000 of my money before dropping my file. Very strange behavior of a law firm to drop a file, then someone(me) self represents and wins their case. They were more than happy to charge me for the wrong advice. I would not recommend this firm for legal services.

Masuch Law firm was very professional and helpful during a struggle obtaining of divorce . I first met Cassandra Jackson to discuss divorce, spousal support and matrimonial property. From our first meeting Cassandra was to the point that she could help with my case if I followed her recommendations Together we went through mediation , to our dismay the divorce could not be obtained. Then Jenna Rowe took over my case as Cassandra left on maternity leave . She also was very professional and helpful Jenna represented myself in court on spousal support. She met all expectations with spousal support and the court case. Unfortunately my ex-wife did not cooperate. By then Cassandra was back from maternity leave and was able to complete my divorce. Chantelle Porter was always there to answer questions and was prompt with all communication. Thank you Cassandra, Jenna and Chantelle for all the calls and patience during the years you worked with me ! These ladies worked together and I highly recommend this law firm !!
