This review is long overdue about 10 years. It's crazy to think it's been that long, but I'm happy to say that this was the only time I had ever in my life needed a lawyer and if I didn't have these folks, my life could be very different today 10 years later. I found them through some 1-800 number, where you are given 3 numbers to call for a lawyer. The first number I called the guy was very rude, the second I don't remember, but it was the third number I called which was Liberty Law. Liberty Law from the beginning was very helpful and made someone like me, who was very confused at the time, very comfortable. At the time it was expensive for me, but I look back at it today and it's the best money I ever spent. Like I said, my life today could be very different if I didn't have these folks. And from the bottom of heart a sincerest THANK YOU to Attorney STACEY PURSER of Liberty Law Firm It has been 5 years since i got charged of a criminal offence and was wrongfully convicted and since then I lost everything and suffered and endured the agony,misery, discrimination and humiliation for something I did not do. The devastation I went through was beyond human comprehension and I pray and wish that nobody else in this World that might go through the same horrible experience that I have been... LAWYERS are there most vital part and the only chance you could clear your name and free you from any legal matters you are facing. Learning that first hand and should have i known, i would have hired the Lawyers from LIBERTY LAW FIRM from the beginning. I was convicted with charges that could have easily been cleared even by a non seasoned defence Lawyer but for some mystical eventualities during my trial, my defence lawyer did not and was not able to provide expertise and knowledge to say the least for a defence lawyer of 15 years(God Bless his Soul). Nevertheless, I consulted with LIBERTY LAW FIRM for my options to appeal my case and was fortunate enough to get a professional advise from Attorney Bob Aloneissi he then re assured me that they will represent my case to Court of appeals. Needless to say, Attorney Stacey Purser was at the remand center to meet with me and discuss briefly on my legal options she also assured me that she will get me out of jail as soon as possible which indeed after three weeks and despite of all the challenges of Court Dealings being cancelled due to covid 19 yet, she manage to get me out of jail with bail pending appeal. My case that took nearly 5 YEARS, was deliberated by the JUSTICES COURT OF APPEALS PANEL for only 30 mins yes! Half an hour to wrap up and to have their decision announced on a later date. The day I called Liberty Law last Fall, I was certainly not myself after being faced with 3 criminal charges when in life - I had never been in trouble. I was directed to Kim Hardstaff who, professional in her approach was also very patient with me as I regrouped and found the words to relay throughout a very dark ambitious few months. Brian Hurley is pure evil. He works for the Prosecutor, not for you. It's pretty bad when your Lawyer has a smug look of self satisfaction on his face as he rips you off and lies to you the entire time you're in his office. He's lazy and rude. Maybe he's just getting old. Past his prime? I don't know. But I never thought using a Lawyer as "experienced" and expensive as him could possibly go so horrifically.
