I found that this company's service and experience is excellent and very professional. I have had our wills updated after the birth of our first child and it was completed within a very short time at a competitive rate. We have also received legal advice for other minor things such as motor vehicle infractions as well as issues with builders with our new house. Both issues were resolved and ended up costing less than if we did not go with the Lawyer. So in summary I would highly recommend this company.

I thought lawyers were all about emptying bank accounts and draining pockets.... Atty Amanda Kadavil made me nervous... young and pretty.. (at the back of my mind while talking to her) my God, im broke and im sure im going to be more broke... im so wrong, her professionalism.. upfront and very straight forward with all the questions i asked made me comfortable and at ease for making the right decision... what i love the most is that i get update every 2 weeks up until im done with the judgement. Reception was friendly and apologetic, was told lawyer was finishing up with a client would be "just a couple minutes" waited 15 minutes then his family (wife /kids showed up) and they ran straight into his office (obviously no client finishing up) waited another 20 minutes (35minutes waiting now) and left, got outside and sat for 10minutes then his ' family' came down...an appointment was made and I understand waiting a few minutes but my time is just as important

0 Stars if I could. Met with David Ferr who bailed on our first consult without warning, but met with him another time anyways. Went through the issues I was facing and he listened well for 45 minutes then talked about all the services he could provide to help out, finally feeling some relief here. However, a week later I tried to contact him to use those services but had no response for 10 days, where he finally said he would call me and we can go over it. No contact again from him so I tried to get in touch another 3 times over another week to only get an email telling me to call him which I do and he doesn't pick up. Waste of time. Dont even bother coming here unless you like being ignored EDIT - to the response below. 1 email saying he'll call then a single phone call in 3 weeks with no message left IS NOT a communication breakdown. It's a complete lack of professionalism and communication from a lawyer. The "family emergency" was he had to go pick up his daughter from school, at which there is more than sufficient time to tell the client the meeting needs to be cancelled or moved, but I heard the receptionist on the phone directly tell him after he had left already "Yes you have an appointment right now and he's here. You booked it in the calendar yourself" Nothing was discussed about a retainer and apparently asking about what my options are, what we do next, and when can we get started is asking for free advice. Sure give yourself the great rating saying you went above and beyond when no one else says so in this matter. The only consistent responses I got was from you crying about getting a bad review from me and whining via text and emails to have me take it down

I was not a client and just needed a question answered, David Ferr not only answered my question but ensured I had the appropriate paperwork in place and completed properly, I felt that Mr. Ferr and staff went the extra mile and would not let me leave until they were sure I was on the right track. I called to request a notary to witness my signature on a separation agreement drafted by lawyers in New Brunswick (I live in AB, ex in NB). They didn't want to see me without opportunity to provide legal advice, minimum $500 fee, or understanding legal system in another province. See ya! Another notary was willing to provide the service with a reasonable fee.

Wow.... I just called this law firm and have never had such a short and rude conversation. I was calling to inquire about post-judgement collections... and the first thing I heard on the phone was an extremely deep and drawn out sigh. I was totally put off by that and asked if I'm speaking to the right person, she responded by basically asking what I want. I decided to end the conversation and find someone else. Based on previous reviews, I was not expecting this!

Everyone at the office from the front desk to the lawyers themselves were very friendly and caring and made me feel secure that my problems were in good hands.
