I was in a difficult situation when Mr. Bhardwaj took over my case. A vindictive X denied me access to our child as well as fabricated a lie where an EPO was issued against me. Being a man in a biased family law system my hopes were gone. His calm demeanor helped me to understand the meaning of when to pick your battles. Not only that the EPO was dropped, but also I gained shared parenting due to him being knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my situation. I’ve had previous counsel with other firms and left them not based on price or anything of the sort but because of their lack of professionalism or their want to show how prideful they are and do what they believe is best instead of what I instructed them to do; I left solely based on principle. Whence I found Puneet and Bhardwaj & Co. I had told him of my previous encounters and why I left them along with what my matter was and what I was looking for. Puneet immediately went to work, drew up a game plan, told me what I could expect and continued to defend my matter as if it was his own.
