Be really careful with dealing with any companies from Jamie Benizri (Legal Logik and Ticket aid). He’s a sweet talker and will promise you the world, but will deliver absolutely nothing. Not only you will loose money, but you will also loose time. Better get a decent lawyer firm than this clown firm. I have contacted Legal Logik in November for an easy formal notice letter to Air Canada for a claim. Not only I had to correct the letter multiple times (5), I had to do the follow-up afterwards. I paid $287.44 on November 20th 2018 for this letter, and no follow-ups were done by Legal Logik to try to come up with an agreement. So, the next step was to bring AC to court. I paid $592.82 on January 21st 2019 for Legal Logik to file the claim. After multiple tries to get input on the claim status, requesting the claim reference number, asking them info and follow-ups, they finally admitted on May 28th 2019 that they never submitted it. They never told me the truth. Then, I told them that I wanted my money back, and I would use another firm that takes care of their clients. But, he was now willing to pay back only the court stamp fees (174$) that he told me he had to pay. However, a couple days after (June 6th,2019), after requesting the Stamp Date, he then asked me if he could purchase the stamp??? At the end, he only refunded the stamp money (that he never paid), not the whole money. I will file a case with “Le Barreau du Quebec” so this kind of Lawyer gets banned and do not fool any other person. Be really careful of Jamie Benizri.

I'm fairly certain the owner Jamie Beniziri is some sort of con man. This "law firm" is all puff and marketing. When you get down to the work, they don't try to understand your case and are only interested in doing routine administrative tasks for which they'll charge you exorbitantly. The owner is quick to charge a high retainer and then disappears. I was simply ignored for 2 months. After expressing my displeasure, he responded with some nonsense about looking at the details of our contract and then stopped responding. I wish someone would report this company. They are unprofessional and I'm pretty sure they should be shut down. Stay away from Jamie Beniziri and stay away from this company.

This review is concerning JAMIE BENIZRI. He attempted to trick us into ‘irrevocably’ signing a paper agreeing to charge exorbitant fees. Once called out on it, he brought his fee down by over 50%. (which was still too much) He was very nervous, coercive, and unprofessional throughout this process. STAY AWAY from this clown.
