Do NOT use Troy McLean as a lawyer- especially for ICBC cases. he does not communicate with clients at all, and needs to be chased down constantly to get anything done. He is not proactive and if anything adds stress to his own clients. He literally went 1.5 years with maybe 3 emails to my wife and when he was provided with evidence immediately after the first meeting, did nothing with it. ZERO communication with doctors/physio and an absolute nightmare to deal with. His approach is basically make a claim with ICBC, drag it out and eventually his clients will be frustrated into settling in a few years and he'll take his cut. zero value add and absolutely NO positive legal representation. Absolutely avoid this man... go with literally anyone else. anyone.

I highly recommend Stephen because he helped me with my icbc injury claim after I had already been with another law firm for 4 years. My lawyer at a previous law firm was awful and I did some research on how to fire him so I did. I explained everything to Stephen and he took my case and settled for double the amount that the previous lawyer was telling me. He was so kind and easy to talk to. He even took a loss thanks to my old lawyer who was being unreasonable when the two lawyers had to split the legal fees.
