The first time I used Mark to get rid of a speeding ticket, I sent in my check and he took care of everything. After the court date was completed he sent me back a check for $9 because the fine ended up being less than anticipated. The idea of an attorney taking time to refund a client $9 for an overpayment is what gave my loyalty to Mark.

Did not deal with Mr. Ferguson directly but I can tell that he is serious about his business by how thoroughly competent his staff is. They made this entire process simple and easy. The communication was stellar! For anything traffic related this is the team that you want. I've dealt with other attorneys in the past that are rude, rushed, and make you feel as if they don't have time to answer your questions, such was NOT the case here. I highly recommend Mr. Ferguson and his team and would give them 10 stars if that was an option. ????

The miscarriage of justice this attorney perpetrated on a close friend is the sort of thing that makes one wish there was some recourse for lawyers who display such a lack of professionalism and advocacy for their clients. Long story short, after talking my friend into taking a plea deal for a serious offense when it was their first infraction at the advanced age of 71 and having just had heart surgery, the lawyer failed to provide the large volume of evidence on the upstanding character of this person to the prosecutor and court in a timely manner. The defendant my friend and one of the most upstanding people I have known in my long life spent weeks before the sentencing gathering and forwarding testimony as to their character to Mr Ferguson’s firm only to find out at the sentencing that none of the testimony ever got sent to the court before so that it could be verified and validated by the prosecutors office!!! This person was sentenced to the maximum BECAUSE the court said they could not take into account any of this testimony in rendering a sentence because it wasn’t delivered before. That lack of professionalism cost my friend five years of their life — and I can say with great confidence that anyone from neighbors to mayors thought that this kind soul was one of the most compassionate and helpful people they had ever met.

If I could give zero stars, or negative I would. I was recommended to call Mark who never returned my call. I was set with the lawyer Kaelyn Guinty that stated she took all the family law matters. She never mentioned after the retainer, that the next retainer would be more than double the cost. I had all my documents for my motion I wished to file. She did not file them properly within the jurisdiction and 14 of 15 exhibits were not admitted. Everything She said She would do She did not. She did nothing at all for my case but take my money. She did not handle my case properly and now I'm paying for it. Do not choose this law firm!!!! On top of that I spoke to Mark who tried to deny everything I was telling him. He didn't take care of the negligence and fed some bs. They are both untrustworthy layers. Do not ever choose this firm.

1st offense class c misdeameanor probation violoation got me a year in jail? none of the people i was there with could believe including the deputies and jailors. mark never spoke to me directly. was told would have probation extended by my lawyer day of sentencing she didnt show up some asian dude who didnt know anything about my case and refused to call anyone. Not sure what ferguson law office got in return but better have been good my actions put me in the situation but they pushed me off the edge i could have done better with a public defender. and i paid 5k dollars to go to jail.

Heard Ferguson is good, but don't go there for a divorce. Gave away everything from the jump thinking it would be quicker. Still took 3 years. Was told a price and be over in a matter of months which meant it costs thousands more. Took off work countless times for court only to sit on a bench outside the courtroom and he'd sneak out another door and I didn't even get to see or talk to him, just left me sitting there til I called him at the office to get charged even more just to call and see where he was at. Spent more on continuances than the the divorce itself.
