While I have always thought Lerners was one of the best law firms, the advice that was given to my daughter was mediocre at best. She is in a serious situation and she was made to feel like her matter was not serious. I would not recommend this firm for family law matters due to the attitude given.

Checked out their website, to be honest just standard lawyer advice (criminal only). I needed standard lawyer advice which they didn't provide because they only deal with criminal cases. Therefore, they were NO HELP!

Someone from this office called inquiring about our business location but was extremely rude and upon answering the phone, basically snarled into the phone "where are y'all located?!!". I would have appreciated a much more polite inquiry. Coming from a professional office, I am surprised by the lack of decorum demonstrated by the caller (secretary)??

I think I just dislike all lawyers. They call you, you answer the phone, you talk to them answer some questions then you get a bill for $250 for talking to them. Lawyers should have to disclose their pricing Before having a long drawn out phone call with you that they initiated. I would’ve told him to talk a lot faster. It’s really annoying when they ask you the same question twice, If you’re charging me by the hour for a phone call you better pay attention when I answer you and not ask me the same question again wasting my time.

Lucas Lung and Jameel Madhanny deserve 5 stars but due to office politics overseen by senior partners they refused to proceed further by telling me that I could not succeed vs the goliath firm of Mills & Mills. Lucas did however warn Mr David Lees at Mills that I would be unrepresented and become a nightmare. Long story short from my US military training (the shadow of death is the one that I cast). I won my case with costs and all these lawyers look like "LES INCOMPETENTS" (french) in front of the courts.

Just wanted to share my experience today I had with the clerk that intakes new clients her name Kristen, very very rude and unprofessional that don't know how to interact with new potential clients leaving me no choice other than end the conversation. She's certainly not a good listener and disrespectful, it was a great thing happened perhaps that I can take my investment elsewhere. I can't speak to their legal services but can share an experience going to their community mindedness. On Saturday my wife, my mother and I came from out of town to visit my son. He lives in a high rise adjacent to Lerner's offices. A concert was apparently taking place nearby that afternoon and the visitor parking lot was full. Lerner's has a large parking lot that was almost empty so I thought no one would be put out if I parked there on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. There were signs prominently posted saying no unauthorized parking and to register one's plate number at the office. I checked but the office was closed so it wasn't possible to register. Well, $56 later I found out Lerner's is serious about protecting their property rights. Perhaps they could loosen up a bit and instruct their ticketing company not to issue tickets when the office is closed. Just a thought.
